Return & Refund Policy

At Scrubsandthings, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligible Returns

Scrub Sets

  • Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • In original condition with tags (if applicable)
    • unironed 
  • Any items that show signs of wear, stains, or odors will not be accepted.

Nursing Clogs

  • Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery. Items must be:
    • Unworn 
    • In original packaging
    • 3 days of inspection before refund can be processed. 

 

Hair Bundles & Wigs (Glueless, Special Glueless, Bob Wigs)

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn
    • intact ( no treatments, dyes) 
    • Unwashed
    • Lace must be uncut and untouched
    • Hair must be in its original condition and packaging. 
    • Refund will be processed 3 days after the seller receives and inspects the item for quality. 

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, any hair that has been worn, altered, installed, combed out, or tampered with will NOT be accepted. 


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are FINAL SALE:

  • Custom African Braided Wigs (Made-to-Order)

These are handmade specifically for each customer and cannot be resold.

Hair Products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos
  • We will resolve the issue with a replacement or an appropriate solution.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email: liodane@scrubsandthings.company
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for approval before shipping your item back

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing
